Gecko Nerd always puts the safety of the gecko first when planning to ship. We ship with FedEx priority overnight. We require Fedex pickup before 12PM to use our live arrival guarantee.

 

Most packages are made "ready for pickup" by 9-10 am, you have until 12pm to pick up. Immediately upon arrival please open the box and remove any ice packs or heat packs that may be in your box. Please bring your state issued ID and Fedex tracking number we provide you with when picking up from a Fedex Ship Center.

 

You can click the link at the top of this page to find the Fedex center closest to you. We will confirm the location via email with you. Shipping cost is a $55 flat rate anywhere within the continental U.S.
