Gecko Nerd takes pride in the quality of our geckos. Our animals’ health and our customers happiness take priority. We have listed our terms below to best protect you, us and the gecko(s). If you have any questions about our terms, please contact us via contact form at the "Contact" link above.

-All sales are final. We have a zero-return policy. Although, we do have a live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal(s) when they arrive at the destination.

- If your animal is dead on arrival, please contact us immediately with a photo of the deceased. We will offer you a store credit or an animal of similar value. 

- Animals need to be picked up from the Fedex location by 12pm. Failure to do this will void our live arrival guarantee. 

-Immediately remove any heat packs or ice packs that may be in your box, failure to do this will void our live arrival guarantee. 

- Health guarantee is 7 days from the day of arrival. If you have any concerns with your animalwithin the first 7 days, please contact us by email with photos/ videos.- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.- Payment plans are available on select animals. Please contact via contact submission form to inquire about any holds or payment plans. - Any DEPOSIT(S) made toward the total purchase price of the animal(s) are NONREFUNDABLE.

-NO discounts apply to payment plans. - By making this purchase, buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age and authorized to make this transaction.

- All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and in perfect shape unless specifically listed as otherwise.

- Sexes are not guaranteed unless stated. "Probable" and "possible" sexes are not guaranteed but determined by our knowledge & experience. 

- By making this purchase you agree that you have done research on the correct husbandry and care for the animal being purchased. If you have any questions about the care or husbandry of the animal you are buying, please ask! It is up to you to be a responsible owner.
